This organization offers the following services: workplace rental, high-speed Internet, common space for meetings and much more.

Developed by GTS, the COLAB coworking center automation system has the following functions and capabilities:

  • portal for managers and employees;
  • customer portal;
  • system integration with input/output devices;
  • web service for mobile application operation;
  • mobile app for iOS and Android;
  • system for online payments (integration with Pasha Bank).

Thanks to the portal for managers, employees of the center implement various operations, such as, for example, management of customer lists, accounts, payments, room reservation system and so on.

Result: Due to the automation of the coworking center management system, it becomes easier to calculate the profit of the organization and control the work of personnel.
